Overview

KDAF-TV, the CW affiliate in Dallas, Texas is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to become our next Creative Services Director.  This strong Presenter and Consensus-Builder will have proven skill sets in strategic thinking and marketing to grow our audience across all platforms.  This person excels in utilizing research and other metrics to develop effective and clearly differentiated brand strategy to achieve goals.  Our next CSD is a creative force with high expectations of self and team; leading by example every day. 

Responsibilities

  • Developing, executing and constantly re-evaluating a marketing strategy to achieve business goals
  • Setting high standards and expectations while evaluating department performance on a daily basis
  • Creating effective marketing plans and having a deep understanding of outside media choices including all digital platforms
  • Collaboratively work with sales by developing revenue-centric concepts that elevate our brand while achieving client goals
  • Timely and effective communication internally and externally

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Broadcast Station’s Creative Services Director preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in broadcast creative services
  • Must be hands on and proficient at idea creation, writing and producing on-air promotional campaigns
  • Previous experience in developing and executing outside marketing plans a must
  • Strong hands on proficiency in post-production editing

 

This ideal candidate will report to the station’s General Manager and be paid a strong salary with an opportunity for bonus when established KPI’s are achieved
