Provide administrative support to a group of account executives as well as the sales department as a whole. Candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and be interested in working on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.


  • Enters/edits orders in traffic system
  • Generates reports related to sales activities
  • Creates/revises proposals, recaps and various presentation documentation/correspondence for account executives regarding their accounts
  • Creates audio recordings of on-air segments
  • Communicates often and effectively with traffic department to ensure campaigns run correctly
  • Serves as the initial contact person for clients when account executives are out of the office
  • Organizes and maintains the sales drive for the staff, keeping sales pieces up-to-date
  • Coordinates, creates and updates programming and promotional pieces to be used by sales staff
  • Creates and updates media kit informational pieces
  • Provides additional administrative support as required
  • Answers phones, files, general office admin
