Reports To: Sales/Traffic Manager
The primary responsibility of the Operations Traffic Coordinator is to facilitate and assist in sales/traffic functions as they relate to commercial orders, the log, exceptions, etc.
Assists account executives with make goods, additions, and cancellations.
Prepares automation system link for the official logs.
Fills late night unsold time with PSAs.
Produce a printed daily official log.
Serves as a backup for all Traffic functions.
Experience in preparing logs and using the Wide Orbit system. Ability to use computer systems used in preparation of the log and to handle detail work.
Dexterity to use keys and buttons on computer equipment and other such office equipment used in Traffic.
Must be willing to submit to a background check and have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
