WGN Radio is looking for an experienced Producer weekdays. We’re not just a radio station; we’re a 24-7 social, digital, video brand with 90 plus years of history. We’re looking for an experienced producer who will respect the storied history of our brand and bring ideas to the future of ‘GN.


This position involves booking guests for shows, managing social media platforms for the show, answering and screening listener phone calls for the on air-talk host.


Audio editing experience required

Proficiency with the technical aspects of getting content on-air and onto the website

Generally 3-5 years of experience in news related field.

Creative with good people skills and be able to handle deadline pressure and need to multi-task

Must be willing to submit to a background check

Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
