  • Overview

    WXIN/WTTV, a Tribune Broadcasting station, has multiple openings for Interns to work in our Indianapolis location.


    We are looking for Interns interested in producing and/or reporting positions within a newsroom environment.


    • Write and post to social media accounts
    • Assist Executive Producers and Producers
    • Observe and assist with news/content gathering process; observe how scripts/segments are written, edited and delivered on-air
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    • Must be eligible to work in the US
    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university OR a recent graduate of an accredited college or university in the last six months
    • Junior or Senior-level standing preferred
    • Major or previous coursework in broadcast journalism, communications or related major
    • Previous internship experience in a professional newsroom preferred
