KTVI / KPLR is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team.
Sells special projects that generate new business.
Develop relationships w/ multiple level contacts at both agencies & advertisers.
Create sales presentations to increase share with existing clients and developmental clients.
Research and prospect for new accounts.
Work with traffic, finance and sales support personnel.
Responsible for the retention of current business and the development of new business on KTVI-TV & Fox2Now.com.
Understanding of core marketing principles.
Proficient w/ MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong motivation to have long term career success in broadcast & digital sales.
Personable w/ excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong desire to work in the field making client analysis & sales presentation calls.
Detail oriented w/ a strong work ethic. F
our year college degree & sales experience preferred.
Three to five years media sales experience preferred.
Must be willing to submit to a background check
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
