    WTVR-CBS 6 in Richmond, VA is looking for a smart, creative, dynamic morning news producer who can create fast-paced, conversational, and compelling newscasts for the fastest growing morning newscast in Richmond!

    Responsibilities

    Our producers are newsroom leaders who must be able to remain composed and confident as they manage their rundowns for breaking news and manage their crews in-house and in the field. Strong news judgment and the ability to multi-task and make decisions under pressure is a must.

    Qualifications

    Ideal candidates should have experience producing, writing, updating a news website and contributing to the editorial decision-making. The candidate must also be able to use social media and creative tease writing to increase viewership. No phone calls please. EOE.
