    We’re seeking an aggressive and organized Assignment Desk Editor and Web Producer for a unique opportunity out of Richmond, VA. 


    Responsibilities would include managing assignments and guiding multimedia journalists and photographers and supporting newscast producers. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and help manage crews both in the newsroom and in the field. Candidate would also be a strong writer and be able to contribute to  a news station web page. In addition to web writing, the candidate must be able to identify trending topics and make sure they are represented on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media channels.
