Tribune is seeking an individual with strong analytical skills for a key role within the HR Compensation Team to manage and administer the Company’s base and cash incentive programs. Will have day to day client group responsibilities. Additional responsibilities include activity related to other compensation-based elements, such as: job evaluations; job codes; and ad hoc market research/analysis related to business requirements, etc. MUST HAVE STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE MANAGING THE YEAR END COMP PROCESS
